Enjoy our oceanic Wildlife Cruise and combine with a Classic Albatross Tour from the Royal Albatross Centre.



Join us for a Monarch Wildlife Cruise around spectacular Taiaroa Head to see what can't be seen from land!
- several species of albatross, fur seals and other marine mammals and up to 20 species of ocean birds.

Our crew give you a full commentary about the wildlife, history and geology as the boat explores
the beautiful and rugged coastline close to the entrance of the Otago Harbour.



Head to the Royal Albatross Centre (5 minute drive from Weller's) and enjoy their Classic Albatross Tour.
Hear about the secret life of the albatross, an intimate experience with these amazing birds and the
worlds only mainland colony of Northern Royal Albatross.

During a 60 minute guided tour you will see a short movie by Natural History NZ then visit the viewing
area up high on Taiaroa Head and watch these magnificent monarchs of the ocean at their nesting sites.

Don't be put off by cold & windy days, the local wildlife love it - we often see more activity in a cool southerly wind!



Own transport is required.

Half and full day tour options available if you don't have a vehicle.
