Antipasto platter
with a selection of cured meats, pickles, chutney, bit sized nibbles
and brie cheese with house dips and fresh bread
Dinner
Sirloin steak
prime New Zealand steer, grilled medium rare and served on
horseradish potato mash with field mushroom jus.
Lamb rump
New Zealand lamb served with grilled vegetables on a
horseradish and seed mustard mash and a red wine jus
Salmon fillet
fresh south island salmon fillet, baked with a toasted sesame and soy glaze
and served on a chunky kumara rosti
Lemon pepper chicken
chicken roasted with lemon pepper flavours and served with
seasonal mediterranean vegetables and red wine jus
Dessert
Platters of bite sized sweets including mini lemon meringue tarts
pecan caramel tart & profiteroles

... ourselves on Friday the 16th. Your crew were friendly, confident, and professional, and I can safely say that every single one of our guests had a great time. We had so many comments from our friends, both during and afterwards, about what a great idea the boat was, how beautiful the scenery was, and what a wonderful time they had. They also commented on the wait staff - in particular how friendly and outgoing they were. The food was lovely and suited our needs very well, and your staff also accommodated the birthday cake and speeches, which was much appreciated.
