I attended a private function on the Monarch on Friday night for a good friends 30th. I wanted to let you know what a superb time we all had and to thank the wonderful crew for making it such an enjoyable experience. I have been telling anyone who will listen that its a great idea for an end of year do, or private function.
The staff were really wonderful and very tolerant of a rather jubilant crowd. So thanks again!!

Your crew were friendly, confident, and professional, and I can safely say that every single one of our guests had a great time. We had so many comments from our friends, both during and afterwards, about what a great idea the boat was, how beautiful the scenery was, and what a wonderful time they had. They also commented on the wait staff - in particular how friendly and outgoing they were. The food was lovely and suited our needs very well, and your staff also accommodated the birthday cake and speeches, which was much appreciated.
As a result you have 28 very satisfied customers, who will all be recommending your service to their friends and family.
