Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monarch Wildlife Ltd will provide a refund (less a 3% transaction fee) or credit for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, or for no-shows.
If your tour or cruise is cancelled by Monarch Wildlife Limited for any reason, such as inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule your tour to another suitable day (subject to availability). If this is not possible we will provide a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or alter any cruise, service or price.
Terms and Conditions
Monarch Wildlife Cruises Ltd will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the guest or any person associated with the guest in relation to the booked activity. All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any tour or cruise do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded. All guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the activity from the staff at all time.
These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.
